Just one month after Hawai‘i Chief Information Officer Doug Murdock retired from public service, a replacement has been named.

On Friday Gov. Josh Green said Christine Sakuda will be the state’s new CIO. For the past seven years she has been executive director of the nonprofit Transform Hawai‘i Government.
