Kaiulani Sodaro recently joined The Howard Hughes Corp. as senior vice president of planning and development overseeing the developer’s strategic planning at its Ward Village master-planned community in Honolulu.

Sodaro was most recently with The Resort Group, the master developer of Ko Olina Resort, where she was vice president of planning and development.

In her new role, she will oversee strategic planning efforts, coordination with regulatory agencies such as the Hawai‘i Community Development Authority, development of infrastructure, community engagement and government relations for the 60-acre Ward Village.
