Local business accelerator Mana Up is teaming up with nonprofit Shop Small Hawai‘i to host a virtual job fair several small Island businesses looking to fill key roles.
At the upcoming virtual fair, which will take place on Thursday from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m., employers will be listing a diverse range of open positions in several industries including food production, fashion, and retail among others. Over 20 local entrepreneurs at the event are looking to fill intern, part-time, and full-time jobs for positions such as marketing managers, retail assistant store managers and e-commerce sales specialist positions.
Most of these roles have been newly created within the participating companies, which Mana Up co-founder Meli James says is an indicator that participating local businesses are expanding.
