What is your personal and professional goal for the year ahead? How do you balance home life with business?
In 2023, we had a record year at L&L in terms of new store openings and revenue. My goal in 2024 for our organization is to continue our growth – we're planning on opening at least 20 new locations.
I have a young child at home, so balancing home life and business can be challenging. I am lucky to have a very supportive spouse who helps me be mindful of when I need to "re-balance."
